‘Lie to Me’ Scene: Yoon Eun Hye Escapes Bee Attack

Yoon Eun Hye filmed a large-scale scene for the upcoming SBS drama ‘Lie to Me’ (starting May 9) in Gochang, Jeonbuk. The scene involved about 50 staff
members, 20 foreign actors, and 120 extras on set. Many Gochang citizens, school children on field trips, and others showed great interest and were spectating the filming activity.

In this scene, Gong Ah Jung (Yoon Eun Hye), a 5th level government employee of MCST (Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism), has helped set up an a cultural event showcasing traditional Korean food and games at the historical castle of Gochang. Many foreign ministers are in attendance and the event is considered a great success, with Gong Ah Jung drawing praise from the Minister of Culture.

But when spring winds knock down a fruit from a tree, which disturbs a hornet’s nest, the event turns into chaos as the participants are attacked by bees.

Many netizens are complimenting Yoon Eun Hye’s expressions of fear in the released stills and anticipate a good acting performance from the popular actress (particularly in the military as well).

Yoon Eun Hye began her regular filming schedule on this day, and showed her anticipation by stating:

“Ah Jung is very fun, and I like that she seems to carry a similar aura as me. She may be bubbly and off-the-wall at times, but please look upon Ah Jung favorably and think of her cuteness as she finds her true love.”

‘Lie to Me’ is a romantic comedy that begins with an unexpected lie, and it will show sweet and confrontational episodes that occur between a hotel executive, nobleman Hyun Ki Joon (Kang Ji Hwan), and a 5th level government employee of the MCST, Gong Ah Jung (Yoon Eun Hye).

‘Lie to Me’ will air on Mondays and Tuesdays on SBS starting May 9, 2011.
